We had a hectic day-tour to the Sunshine Coast today. Much less famous and therefore less crowded than the world-renowned Gold Coast, Noosa Heads is a quaint, relaxed resort area located at the northern boundary of the Sunshine Coast. Sunshine Coast is named so for an obvious reason - a coastline with fine sands stretching hundreds of miles with sunshine all-year-round. Probably the best-kept secret of Queensland, it is unspoilt, understated, and heartbreakingly cute. This is my top recommendation to anyone who is visiting the Greater Brisbane area, Noosa is a must-see.

I feel so much happier now that I am back on the sunny, warm and laid-back beaches of my beloved Queensland.

November 26, 2004 Not much to write about the last day in New Zealand. Windy, rainy, cold. The highlight of the trip became the B&B we stayed at. The inn owner is extremely kind, she picked us up at the airport and dropped us off, but refused to take the extra tip we offered so adamantly that we had to lie about going back again in the future so that she could treat the tip as a reservation fee for the next visit. Her B&B was tastefully decorated, and her breakfast was so hearty and superb. Here is the contact detail if you are planning to visit Wellington next time.

The room shown on the homepage of the website is the room that I stayed in. An exquisitely furnished bedroom it is.
